Korat Chef website is not very informative. Just a few items shown, and many with no prices. I am interested in the spinach and cheese bake (have my daughter, husband and grandaughter visiting next month and they are ALL vegetarians!) Having a job getting the wife to undestand that nam pla and nam man hoi are unacceptable additives to anything she rustles up.

Just a quick shout for Nookies beef.

I bought a 2kg lump of Topside and it roasted up very well and I now have 8 x 150g portions of beef slices in the freezer. Decent value at 390 Baht per kilo.
