What ban? Nothing has been said in my locality about bonfires and burning stubble. I had a nice bonfire last night having swept up all the leaves in my garden.

Only too willing to stop, but must be told first! TIT.
 
I personally know all in this group. They patrol the area on the border looking for timber&animal poachers along with stomping the shit out of fire bugs.:D:D:D

I live in a rice field. I wish all the rice field owners could burn at one time and get it over with. No I have to be choked out with smoke and falling ash day after day. Mind you I have the same thing back in Darwin where the Indigenous folk light up the bush day after day. In years past the fire fighters would just let it burn and that would be it. It would not burn again. But with the influx of southerners they insist it get gets put out. So it is burnt over and over. If you think they are indulging in fire stick land culture. Think again. They get drunk and set fire to their camp site to maim anybody drunk enough not to wake up, proving what a big shot they are.

The government introduce a ban, but never rescind it. Is it still a crime to burn the fields (everyone has been doing it the last week) or even have a bonfire?.
