Purchased two new Hatari fans yesterday, no probs, easy small assembly job--yea right.
In their wisdom, they have decided to add a 2" plastic nut/ thread that adds more security mounting the pedistal to the base, WTF ?.
Nothing even described in the instructions ( when I finally read them) .
Without knowing the lock nut is there, the pedistal will not engage the base---another blackhearted engineer at work.
