Yorky, thanks for clarifying that. Thanks also for the transcript, which is an extremely personal account of someone complaining about matters that are totally unrelated to anything involving food and its service. Its author might feel that he's relieved himself of a burden that was troubling him by sharing it with others. It wouldn't be a course of action that I'd choose, but each to their own, again. From what I have seen, it is something that he might be sharing only with his friends. There are no circumstances that I can think of which would induce me to repeat what has been written. I try only to judge as I find, and on nothing except personal experience. What I read doesn't impact on eating good food in pleasant surroundings and I'm happy to say that nothing has been written that affects whether or not I'll remain a customer. At any restaurant, or bar, if the food and its value for money is good, and the service is acceptable, it will keep going there.
