Yes, Big C's answer to Tesco Lotus Express and the proliferation of 7elevens. Noted that a previously irrelevant mini mart in the "green leaf" petrol station at North Pattaya is now a Big C mini mart.

Its still on but its on THAI TIME. A proper retaining wall has been built and new power polls have been placed on the site with a HV transformer and connected. The same Lady that is backing this move (owns the land) just purchased the joining land 7 rai in back of the site from the wife's uncle. 4 million baht.

Larger. This site was on my list as some kind of activity started there about 4 months back but stopped. Whats being built just about 100 meters north of the 214 & 24 intersection ? Its dam big.
