SWMBO just received from the Surin Livestock Breeding and Research Center 100 Kabinburi Muscovy ducklings. This is just one of her groups, must be Thai to get on the list. Cost was 22 baht each, she could resell now at 40 baht but that is not going to happen. The plane is to raise them up to produce more eggs to hatch and get more ducklings. She knows that she will probably have excess of males. She only needs 1 male per 9 females, that lucky *****. So the extra males will be sold. The males can grow to 6 kilo at 60 baht per kilo it would only take 8 for her to get back her original investment.

Actually should become quite interesting once the bad lab cares to show whose swimming hole it really is.

As a youth I had a German shorthair pointer that absolutely loved ducks...sadly sometimes mouthing them to death if he couldn't flush out a pheasant.

A new name has been propose. The M & D Cluck and Duck Ranch.
