I bought one of them from Home Pro a few years back and the plastic roof deteriorated very quickly. I had it over my air con.

The sun here just eats plastic up. Aluminum is best. Though loud as hell in the rain.

The poly barb 3mm sheet has a 3 year UV stability rating, not ideal but ok.
If and when it degrades, I will replace it with 3mm aluminium sheet.
The body structure is heavy cast ally which should be fairly bullet proof.
It shames me but, I will have to get it put up as, too akward for a one man band.
