No, just the stairs. But you enter the 1st floor and have a cool drink and relax. Then make it up to the 2nd floor and check it out and relax for a while. Etc. the 3rd and 4th floors.

Given that the title of the post is "Rooftop Bar", is it too much to expect them to be serving alcoholic beverages?

Given that it is against the law at the moment they 'CANNOT' legally sell alcohol. As soon as the law is lifted I guarantee you the place will be hopping with alcohol, live music, and many customers. Until then they are making a go with selling coffees, teas, pastries, Bingsu, and all sorts of things to keep going in these difficult times. So yes, it is too much to expect at the moment.

Nope. If you look here you will see I try to place a post/thread on all kinds of bars and restaurants and such in Surin. It's part of the purpose of this group so people can see what is here, where they can go, go see and do, eat, drink, find live music venues etc. I wish more here would do the same more often.Are you co owner mate or, on a commission ?.
I get no remuneration from any of these places except an occasional free beer once in a while. This particular place newly opened is a friend of mine and his group of buddies all trying to help each other survive the pandemic. There's also a new open air bar being put together in a vacant lot next to the Hip Cafe' building that will be a 'bar' and music area and hang out with food and booze once the laws allow it once again. It's nearly finished and looks to be a cool place to go once it is officially open, especially in the evenings during good weather.

HIP BEACH - They've set up some photo op fun areas that the Thais seem to like. Even a reconditioned school bus in the back of the lot for possible touring by the musicians around the area for open air shows.
These Thai youngsters are game and willing to try to keep their businesses going through this pandemic. They are coming up with plenty of cool ideas to try out to keep them going. More power to them. Just give them some business to help them survive and flourish. A coffee and a pastry, some cold frappes, tee shirts, ice teas and hot teas, etc.
Yes, the building for HIP CAFE' is just 2 lots down from the Hippie House bar and restaurant. Heading toward the 7-11 from Hippie House.
Sad to see @Yorky missed his chance to photograph the Big Feet Swimsuit competition. He could have showed them how to properly do those wide angle shots.Nope. I don't use wide angles for girly shots. Usually a longer lense (>50mm). Of course, if taking pictures of @nookiebear then a wide angle is essential.
Does Nookie go topless? Or just tease with his shirt half unbuttoned? LOL
