Dealing with banks on-line can seriously affect your mental state.

"We have tried to contact you by email and telephone without success, please confirm your details."

"There is no facility to check my details"

"You need to log-in to online banking"

"I don't have Online banking only ibanking"

"You need to register for online banking."

"But I don't need online banking."

"You need to register for online banking to check your details."

I therefore attempted to register for online banking in order to check my email address and telephone details.

That was a month ago. I have since received an "activation code" in the mail which does not tally with my customer number (a different customer number from ibanking). Any attempt at "contact us" results only in "you need to register for online banking".

I've tried again
