Retard visa without 800k

We buillt a house for a real nice guy near Pattaya he got a visa like this , he got stopped one day by the traffic police they ask to
Look at his passport , then he went down to the police station , two weeks latter he was let out o prison 150000 it cost him he got deported from Thailand and banned for three years . While waiting for the three Years to pass his wife drank her self to death!
He got the visa from a so called pukka shop on the high street in Pattaya , the shop has long time since been closed the x lady owner is not in prison .
Such a nice guy to such a shame he thought he was in the right .
