Here's one suggested a while ago by Surin Joe I managed to get onto our menu. Chili Mac. It's a plate of elbow macaronis, covered in our home made Chili con Carne, and topped with diced onions and Parmesan cheese. We have additional hot sauces if you want to spice it up even more. Filling and tasty. Come around and give it a try, all those who have ordered one have said they loved it and were full to the brim... and needed to go home and take a nap.

Chicken Korma. A very popular dish in Indian restaurants all over England. Many versions of this dish exist, depending on the region of India it is made. Our particular version is influenced by its BIR popularity. A mild heat dish made with chicken breast, onions, cashew nuts, coconut, yoghurt and real cream with a blend of many spices and herbs for its unique flavor.

Starbeam's Philly Cheese steak sandwiches

Our Philly Cheese steak sandwiches are very popular. We have a few versions of this popular sandwich that we serve. The straight up 'Philly Cheese Steak' - just beef and cheese on a Toasted French bread roll, the 'Philly Cheese Steak with extra' - which has diced green peppers and onions as well as beef and cheese, and, the 'Steak Bomb' - which has sliced Pepperoni, sliced Italian Salami, beef and cheese, and diced green peppers, diced onions and sliced mushrooms. A great and tasty sandwich they all are. Only to be found in Starbeam Restaurant here in Surin.

A note: We had a customer from Buriram in the other day. An American from Pennsylvania (where the city Philly/Philadelphia is located and this sandwich originated from). He had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and said it was excellent and spot on.
