I had my first ever chili burger in a diner somewhere between Galveston and Pasadena. However, they used pickled jalapeños (and plenty of them!).

We use pickled Jalapenos diced into our Chili con Carne, as well as some others.

The one I had was just a beef patty in a bun but covered in pickled jalapeños. First time I'd seen one made like that.

The problem with Starbeam burgers is, I just can't decide which one is best so I have to keep a tally of which one I had last.
I think in a pinch it would be either the Alpine or Aussie.
