Our corn tortilla chips are made on the premises when you order your foods. We do not use pre-made tortilla chips from a bag. We order our 'best of' corn tortillas delivered from Bangkok, and we think they are the best we can provide our customers. Our tortilla chips & Mexican salsa are the finest around, as well as our Nachos with cheeses and Jalapenos, our Nachos Supreme and Grande. Thick and crunchy, and as fresh as you can get. Come and give these a try. We think you will enjoy what we have to offer.

Is the Mexican salsa made in house as well? Just asking because it is damned delicious on my breakfast burritos. Mmmm.

No, I can do it, but it is time consuming, and I already have a good source of the best brand in Thailand (in my humble opinion) we have shipped up from Bangkok from a California guy's company. It is good stuff.

Today's salsa was very good - as was everything else we had there. Thanks Cent - your posts were inspiring!

My wife has a tendency to just use whichever salsa she grabs from the fridge. We have 3 different strengths of spiciness. Mild, Medium, and Hot. If you like it spicy ask her specifically for the hot one. :)

I do try to inspire. :) It's what I do. lol

Glad to hear you enjoyed your foods. Thanks.

I'd like to do a Mexican themed Philly Cheesesteak. Beef and cheeses (2 kinds), Jalepeno slices, and with onions, black olive slices, mushrooms and green peppers... with hot salsa and sour cream spread on it. I think it would be great. :) Sadly my wife thinks we have enough on offer already and is resistant to adding more to the menu.

I'd call it: Miguel's Spicy Mexican Cheesesteak Sandwich. Would be a hit I believe with the spicy lovers.

Cent, you are driving my American mate from Nakhorn Sawan crazy with your pictures of the food you serve. I believe he may have contacted you.

I told him to stop in when he is down this way and have a bite and a chat if I am in. :) From Philly yeah?
