Rescue workers try to move the body of a 27-year-old man from the wreckage of his big bike while a 68-year-old man, rider of a motorcycle with his push cart tricycle involved in the crash, is found dead not far from the scene on Si Sa Ket-Kantharalak Road in Muang district, Si Sa Ket province, on Friday morning.
SI SA KET: Two men were killed when a big bike collided with a motorcycle with a push cart tricycle in Muang district on Friday morning.

The fatal crash happened at kilometre makers 10 and 11 on Si Sa Ket-Kantharalak Road in tambon Phon Khor at 8.45am, said Pol Lt Sirinthra Buntham, deputy investigation chief at Muang police station.

Police and rescue workers rushing to the scene found the body of a man identified later as Anurak Horasart, 27, lying dead in a pool of blood near his Honda big bike on a right lane heading to downtown Muang district.

The body of another man, identified later as Noodet Suwannasao, 68, was in the middle of the road. His damaged motorcycle with a push cart tricycle was found 7m away.

Police believed the motorcycle with the push cart tricycle might have emerged from a side street to the main road when the big bike, which was travelling at high speed, was approaching. However, investigators were looking into the exact cause of the crash.
