According to rumours the water office was chock-a-block today full of folks who haven't got internet manually completing their forms to obtain the free water for the month. So it must be worth it to some folks.

Saw a who's claim to fame was the ability of squatting over a long neck Bud that had a 50 cent piece resting on its open mouth and suck the long neck Bud up then drop it back and retain the 50 cent piece.

There wasn't (much) earlier in the month. However, now (at least in my drum) we have a trickle at some times of the day/night which keeps the tank topped up. I haven't checked the meter for useage as yet.
