My boss spreading cow pies amongst her rice and she has about 2000 cat fish in that paddy. All that green is her rice. There has been little and most the time NO rain. Look at the bottom of the photo and you will see water.

Where is that water from...HER pond that is very close to the size you in Surin City are getting. Now this pond is NOT full by any means but was dug below the ground water level so it gets recharged and she is using that water for her rice and her new mega garden she is working on. And she has another 2000 cat fish in that pond.

That pond may do your missus very well. However, I can't see a pond that size meeting the needs of all the farmers around Surin and the needs of the residential population of 50,000 + too. Maybe I am missing something.

What part of ground water do you not understand. DRILL those 20 inch bores.:D:D:D:D:D:D:D Your ground water will be recharged. As for the farmers about you they have to get off their ass and take care of themself.

I am talking about those ponds that they have dug in the reservoir. Not worry, to complex for my simple mind.:confused::confused:

Those ponds are for your mud hole which is for domestic use only at this time. Point of interest.

No water for farms from Aug 24 as reservoir dries up
Lam Sae reservoir in Korat just 21% full as rainfall said to be 70% below normal

Farmers in Korat, Buriram and Surin they are SOL. They are on their own.
