Whats going on in that field.

Your seriously lacking on how thing are done in Thailand and outside SinCity.;;horror;;;;horror;;;;horror;;;;bad simle;;;;bad simle;;;;bad simle;;;;bad simle;;;;bad simle;;;;bad simle;;

Remember he was in the Aussie mining industry where some of the dumpers handle well over 300 tons.

Mining equipment is mega-huge...but then again they also get to play with dynamite.

It's a hot MF out there. The 6 wheelers and the backhoe all have aircon.

This is by the intersextion at CRU. FL has his yellow hat on. Just to the left you can see the new culvert and the fill in the photo is for a major dip caused by past washouts. The private's fill project is just finished. Yesterday and today a local government official with the ;;money;; and they are getting fill from SWMBO project for local road repair. SWMBO pays 100 baht per truck load on her land. The private 200 loads pays 250 bat per load. The amphora pays the same. If this group has to go even 3 km out the price goes to 350 baht per load. The fill that is being sold she does get a kickback. I am sure that there are others in the queue and the pond just gets bigger. This has turned into a serious show for the locals and a serious conversation piece.;;haha;; As of yesterday cost was over 100k. This group has been working our area for 13 years. They travel and camp at the work site. 6 wheel trucks are the truck of choice for this kind of work, any larger and it won't work. The 24 wheelers were from the aggregate quart outside Prasat. Truck that size would get you in serious trouble. SWMBO is up to 460 loads and at least 200 more are needed for a private road. I can tell you she has some serious partners involved in this project who wants it to succeed. The project itself will not fully operational for about 3-4 years. Water from the pond will be used for irrigation not for rice or rubber. There will be fish..let your imagination lose..

"If you build it they will come." Today and they are still digging there has been 300 truck loads taken out at 250 baht each. Two personal friends of ours have ordered another 200 truck loads for tomorrow. Major road work paid by the amphora and the fill is from the project as I post that work is on going. The digging of the pond could go into next week. At the moment the main entersexction is blocked to all trucks and cars and even I have go around. One thing that has become apparent of the geo history of Isaan..about 10 foot down the so called soil is white/gray. Salt from a sea that covered this area at one time. Pound projects of this size are a major boom for the building industry of the area. They are lined up for the fill.

Just out to see what's going on.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::D The 6 wheelers are privately owner and operator. This being the dry season is when they haul fill. When the rice is harvested they will be hauling paddy. As you can see they have built a ramp down into the glory hole.:D There is now a full time tractor onsite. The main work is for the amphora road repairs.:D:D:D:D

Using their tractor to spread out the loads. SWMB uncles tractor is tied up. In this photo two things. The top 10 foot is fairly good soil. This goes to private parties such as the couple that are on 300 loads and look at the tractor and just to its right is a white spot..thats one of the 6 wheelers making its delivery.

If it was salt you would be in big trouble. Your water would be saline. What you are most probably seeing is calcium from ancient marine life.
Your well water is not brackish is it?
