Birky's Bubblegum recipe
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz banana liqueur
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 1/3 oz cream
Pour the blue curacao, banana liqueur, irish cream and cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

GL, Peter from Hong Kong Garden has been successfully growing pineapples for a number of years here. They are also the sweet type as grown 'down south' that everybody including the local Agricultural College 'experts' said won't grow!!!
