Expensive for an additional parking area and taxiway. Thank goodness they are not extending the runway too.

Not sure about a 7.11 it has busy times but most of the day its empty .
Maybe a small mini Mart.

You could build two collapsible bridges for that money and still have a few bob left for a minimart.
