Changing US Pension Provider

I have multiple small pensions. Only 'one' of them is a jerk. They refuse to mail overseas.
I just list my Daughter's address. The money still drops into my bank account. That's not the issue.
The issue is because they list an Oklahoma address for me, I have to pay Oklahoma taxes. The taxes are zero, but it is a hassle to file every year just to tick a box that I shouldn't have to.

For anyone that has moved a pension from one provider to another (US Only Please) how difficult was it? Did they list your overseas address, or did they demand a domestic one? Any providers to avoid?
