I'll be instructing my wife Waen today on how to make a Mexican pizza. It will be on the menu next week. I finally have my printer back from the shop and running correctly so I can make some new menus with proper coloring. There will be a few different styles of Mexican pizza for our customers to choose from, western style Mexican (proper) pizza, and a couple for the Thai customers as well (Thais do not usually like the flavor of Jalapenos, so we will use Thai peppers for their tastes).

Trained my wife on how to make these. Had to ensure she knew when it was properly done and crisp on the bottom. She can now train Fon as well on making these wonderful Mexican pizzas. The first one made by Waen was devoured and shared by myself and Mr. Bear (our non-resident taste tester). He gave it a solid thumbs up.
