Actually I never got to that sickening juncture.

Gutted and renovated the interior of an older estate residence January- March 2021. Moved in Songkraan 2021.
I knew there was a problem upstairs when the first heavy rains of the monsoon season arrived.

After several 'solutions' and a few roofers a decision was required with each ensuing heavy rain...as the new gypsum ceiling continued showing wet spots.

I bit the bullet.
