What ban? Nothing has been said in my locality about bonfires and burning stubble. I had a nice bonfire last night having swept up all the leaves in my garden. Only too willing to stop, but must be told first! TIT.
I personally know all in this group. They patrol the area on the border looking for timber&animal poachers along with stomping the shit out of fire bugs.
