Has anyone any experiance of Thai tax law?
Specifically if a Thai buys land for say 500,000 baht pays a further 350,000 to build up the land and then sells for 1 million baht within 1 year or after 1 year, what is the tax payable - I'm being told by my partner that the tax is on the selling price not the profit
