Update on a not so secret project.

Been busy the past week and looks like no let up for a while. Power is just about in. Our friends had their meter installed yesterday and when SWMBO gets her garden home finished then she gets power. FL is working on it. Been moving numerous items out to the site. Make sure to look at the last two photos as they will give you a clue of a few thing that will be planted. AND Mr.&Mrs Rice were by to have a see.

About 24 50 lb bags of prime CRU added this afternoon.

FL has built a couple of fish nursery's and yes he stocked them.

The hang out.

This photo directly in back of me boss is over 100 homegrown potted plants waiting to be planted.

Two loads about 60 bags at 50 lb each of SWMBO Secret Sauce Compost with more to come.

You forgot to mention the latest sensation of Mrs @gotlost The Indonesian Salak or Snake fruit.

Very good dietary fibre supply and anti oxidants as well as functioning as an aid to to immunity, it can also combat diarrhea.
Don't eat too many if you do not want to get bunged up. Ask Mrs GL if she knows this about them.
Needless to say it took me a while to look them up as the Thais dropped the K from Salak to Sala.

Look just to the right of my boss and you see a small pond of water and if you look at the side of the embankment you see a dark area that stretches from left to right for about 50m. This is our water table only about 3m down. I was also informed that me boss is not going to enlarge her lake until next year as she was contacted by the contractor was ready to come back in. She is happy with the 3 levels of the pond for the fish that she has on order and she says do not worry the LAKE will be full this year

Progress on someones cabin.

I admit I do have some questions about the design and location of this structure. Look to the left in this next photo and you see a white horizontal spot. This is what remains of a two story structure that a cell took down about 2 months back.

I cannot see the obligatory Banana tree and umbrella fixed to any of those poles. The land ghosts will get it you know!.

There has been a blessing on the project and I'm sure there will be others. Just returned form our DIY store in Prasat after dropping another and it will be a BLUE roof.After the roof is on then the power can be completed WBTW SWMBO gave me further and completed update on the PEA charge. You were correct. Our house meter was 4.5k the farm meter is 8k. KWH cost for our house is about 5 baht and the farm price is about 10 baht. She says being as there is no house book required for farm as for home you need house book. The only break I see on the farm electric is if under I think 50 kWh no charge. They're running power from the swine flue hut across to us for construction. Me boss say about 100 baht this month and she pays.
