I hate those forking clay pot bar bq's. Hot coals and little children seem like a disaster waiting to happen.

RIP

The government has had a program in for the last 20 years to get people to cook on gas. Talk about stubborn !

The advantages over charcoal are too numerous to list.

On a side note with the construction of the 214 from 2 lanes to 4 lanes through the metropolis of Kap Choeng removal of all trees on the highway right away continues. Our soi coming off the the 214 still looks like a saw mill yard. SWMBO has given the locals permission to make their charcoal on the backside of our pond. So far about 20 kiln loads have been done. FL&ML get 2 bags per load and SWMBO gets ALL that charcoal/ carbon for the ground.
