Urleft reported seeing something similar about 2 p.m. over Buriram going NE, prop-driven, silver in colour, 2 engines, very low (maybe two fuel-pods or something?)

IB, you said 4 engines not 2. Can't think of any small 4 engine aircraft flying anywhere. You sure it wasn't one of these?

Apart from the A380, and that would not be flying low level over Isaan, I can only think it may have been a Military C-130.
