R.I.P.

Only an autopsy will reveal all.
Could have been snake bite or just a tragic heart attack, R.I.P.

Has he be known to the SF _ Members because I never heard of him before, He has been living in Ban Yayam village in Sikhoraphum district of Surin .52 year old Neil Curtis

Some facts and figures here: http://www.rch.org.au/clinicalguide/guideline_index/Paracetamol_poisoning/

Most paracetamol tablets are 500 mg. Given an average male may weigh around 90 kgs then a dose in excess of 90 * 200 = 18,000 mg or some 36 * 500 mg tablets may be considered an overdose. (The magical number for an overdose seems to be 200mg/kg over 1 day). Its seems very unlikely that 5 paracetamol tablets with juice was the primary cause of death.

RIP to the unfortunate individual, whatever the cause of his death.

10 gms as a single dose has also been considered a lethal dose. The antidote Parvolex is effective if administered within 24 hours of ingestion.

Jasus! How many tablets do you need for 10 grams?

I remember finding the Fat Git at 01:30 trying do do himself in. He had a large tub of Paracetamols and a half a bottle of whiskey. I don't know how many tablets he'd taken but he'd obviously drunk half of the whisky. I flushed all of it down the toilet. He wasn't happy.

Wasn't the 'fat git' an affectionate name for the late Martin of Farang Connection fame? RIP Martin, we still remember you.

OK I thought it might be Martin. Never met him but went in fc 5 times. Never again.
Edit. Count how many bottles you drink and how many are on the check bin.
