Internet Banking - Bangkok Bank

I have a savings account with the Bangkok Bank. Recently my girlfriend and I went to the bank as I wanted to deposit money into the New Zealand Embassy bank who have a different bank. I gave the teller my passport with the deposit form. While she filling in the form she asked my girlfriend how to spell New Zealand and she actually had the passport in her hand. Concerns me when I think that they are handling my money.

As previously stated you can only move a foreign currency from the FCD to the Bangkok Bank savings account during Bangkok Bank main banking hours (ie 8.30am to 3.30pm) Monday to Friday No transfers possible at weekends or bank holidays
The transfer rate is the exact TT rate at the time of transfer with no added fees.
